SAFER DRIVERS COURSE FOR TRAINERS

This training is for those who would like to become Safer Driver Course Coaches and Facilitators.

Only Facilitators and Coaches engaged by an accredited provider of the NSW Safer Drivers Course are eligible to enrol.

There are only a limited number of providers who are accredited to deliver the Safer Drivers Course to young learner drivers. The Safer Drivers Course consists of two modules including one three-hour facilitated face-to-face group discussion and one two-hour in-vehicle coaching session on public roads with another learner.

All facilitators and coaches are required to undertake a one day module specific Safer Drivers Course training program, which is provided by Academy of Road Safety.

Only facilitators and coaches engaged by one of the accredited providers are eligible to participate in Facilitator and Coach training delivered by Academy of Road Safety.
